Introductory Session

Your initial consultation to explore your wellness journey. During this 60–90 minute session, we'll address your questions and assess whether Body Code or Emotion Code work best for your needs. If you're new to these modalities, we'll guide you toward the approach that aligns with your goals. This can be done over video call, phone call or in-person.
